2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after booking.

  • Clients should arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Service prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or online payment methods.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain services.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

  • Refunds are only issued if the service was not provided due to a clinic-related issue.

  • No refunds will be given for completed treatments.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions if medical history is not disclosed.

  • Some treatments may not be suitable for clients under 18 years of age. Parental consent may be required.

6. Liability & Results Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide high-quality treatments, but results vary from person to person.

  • Samira Pro Beauty Clinic is not liable for any side effects if aftercare instructions are not followed.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their treatment choices.

8. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They must be used before the stated expiration date.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
